The Spirituality & Sexuality Retreat (S&S) is a community-oriented healing space for dialogue around the intersection of spiritual and sexual identities. Taking place in the Spring semester, the retreat is a three day, two night program featuring several different kinds of engagement including workshops, small group discussion, and a keynote speaker. This time away from campus is usually described as a much-needed reprieve where folks from our community are welcome to reconnect with their identities in their many complexities, reclaim pieces of themselves that have been marginalized from our lives through cycles of oppression, and to relax away from the pressure of campus.
